For pond owners
You own the water. Start earning from it.
Set your rate, set your hours, and approve every angler who asks. PondShare handles the booking, the payment, and the paperwork.
No listing fee · No monthly cost · You keep 100% of your rate
Pricing
You keep 100% of your rate
Set your pond at $40 an hour and you receive $40 an hour. PondShare's 15% service fee is charged to the angler on top of your rate — it does not come out of your earnings.

Hourly rate
Good for ponds close to town and anglers who want a short evening session. You pick the rate; anglers pick the slot.
Flat day rate
Good for destination water. You set one price and the window it covers, say 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and the angler books the day.
Shared or exclusive
If your pond is big enough for more than one group, set how many anglers can book the same window. If you'd rather have one party at a time, set it to one and the slot locks when it's taken.
Choose one or the other per listing. You can change it whenever you like.
Control
Nothing happens on your property without your say-so

You approve every request.
Requests come to you with the date, the time, and how many anglers. Approve it or decline it — there is no auto-booking.
You write the rules.
Catch and release or keep. Boats, kayaks, or bank fishing only. Where to park. What gate to use. Whether kids are welcome. Anglers see your rules before they book and agree to them.
You set your availability.
Block out the weeks you're hunting, haying, or just want the place to yourself.
You choose your hours.
Nobody shows up at 5:00 AM unless you said they could.
Liability
About liability — the question every landowner asks first
Every angler must agree to PondShare's liability waiver before a booking can be completed. It's presented in the app and recorded against the booking, so there's a record of it.
On top of that, your own house rules are part of what the angler agrees to. If your pond has a steep bank, a dock that's seen better days, or an area that's off limits, write it into your listing rules and the angler is agreeing to that too.
Read the full liability waiverPondShare isn't an insurer, and this isn't legal advice. Many landowners check with their own insurance carrier before hosting, and that's a reasonable thing to do.

If plans change
Anglers
Can cancel up to 24 hours before the start of a booking. Inside that 24-hour window, bookings are locked.
Hosts
Can cancel a confirmed booking more than 24 hours out, but a 15% cancellation fee applies — it covers the angler's refund processing and it keeps the marketplace dependable. Cancel as rarely as you can; anglers often drive a long way.
